What types of events can be hosted at your venue?

A variety of events can be hosted at Jackson Croft-small weddings, family reunions, birthday parties, corporate retreats, school events to name a few. 

 What is the maximum capacity of your event space? 100 people

Is there on-site parking available for event attendees?

Ample parking is provided

Can we bring our own vendors, or do you have a list of preferred vendors? 

You may choose your own licensed caterer/vendors or we can work with you to find the perfect match to service your event. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Within 6 months of your event, with written notification receive a 100% refund less a $100 administrative fee. Within 4 months of your event, receive a 50% refund plus a $100 administrative fee.  

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? 

Jackson Croft is an outdoor venue with gravel and grass. However, we do provide golf cart transportation from the parking lot to the main venue. We will assist guests with arrival to the best of our ability. 

Are there restrictions on decorations or signage within the venue?

This is an outdoor venue. We will work with you on decorations and signage throughout the property. 

Is Wi-Fi available for event attendees?

Yes. Spectrum Broadband is included with your rental. 

Can the venue accommodate specific seating arrangements or setups?

We will work with you to accommodate seating arrangements and setups to the best of our ability. 

What is the backup plan in case of inclement weather for outdoor events?

Events will carry on in the event of rain and light winds. In the event of severe weather, as defined in our cancellation policy, we will work with guests to the best of our ability to reschedule the event. In some cases we will work with guests to find a fair resolution. 

Do we need event insurance for our function?

Yes. Please plan on purchasing event insurance for your date. This ensures the safety of everyone involved. 

What is the noise policy, especially if the event extends into the evening?

Jackson Croft has some sweet and kind neighbors that we want to be respectful of. We ask that any bass/loud/live music be turned down by 10pm and off by 11pm.
